Why mulch instead of clear
Brush, saplings and stems are ground where they stand and left as a mulch blanket. No burn permits, no smoke, no dump trailers, no debris line item on your bill.
Tracks spread the machine's weight instead of concentrating it. Root structure, soil layers and natural drainage stay intact — so the ground is usable the day we roll off it.
Conventional clearing means a dozer, an excavator, a burn window and a cleanup crew. Mulching collapses all of it into one machine and a schedule you can plan a hunt around.
What we do
Steve and Wade run the machine themselves. You are not getting a rotating cast of subcontractors — you are getting the two people who will actually be standing on your property.
Underbrush, privet, sweetgum and saplings ground into mulch in a single pass — up to roughly 8″ stems.

Building pads, pasture reclamation, fence lines and right-of-way opened up and left level.

Fields, pastures, road frontage and hunting camps knocked back down to something you can walk.

Openings cut, mulched and prepped where the deer already travel — sized and shaped for the stand.

Clean sight lines cut to your stand, your yardage and your prevailing wind — not a generic straight line.

Our SVL97-3, in the timber
Mulching vs. a dozer
A dozer pushes everything — brush, stumps and the topsoil you actually wanted — into a pile someone has to burn or haul. What is left behind is a rutted, stripped surface that erodes, holds water and grows back in briars twice as thick.
What changes
One of our jobs, shot from the same spot before the machine started and again after it finished. Brush thick enough to stop a truck on the left; a lane you can drive on the right.

The machine
One machine, purpose-built for exactly this work. Vertical-lift track loader with the hydraulic flow to keep a mulching drum in the cut instead of bogging it down every time it hits something real.

How it goes
Tell us where the property is and what you are trying to do with it. Photos or a dropped pin help more than a paragraph.
Steve or Wade comes out, walks the ground, and gives you a firm number in writing. No charge, no obligation, no pressure.
You get a scheduled window and a machine that shows up in it. We mark what stays, and we work around it.
Before the trailer loads, we walk the finished ground together. If something needs another pass, it gets another pass.
Who shows up
Weber Land Management Solutions LLC is Steve Weber, working out of McComb with operator Wade Weber. The person who quotes your job is the person who runs the machine on it and the person who walks it with you when it is finished.
That is the whole company, and that is the point. Nothing gets lost between the estimate and the work, because there is nobody in between.
More about Steve & WadeCall or text — both work. If we are in the seat we will not hear the phone, but a text gets answered the second the machine shuts down.
Where we work
Straight answers
If your question is not here, call it in. We would rather talk it through than have you guess.
Ask us directlyA mulching head grinds standing brush, saplings and small trees into chips that stay on the ground. Cutting, grinding and cleanup all happen in one pass, by one machine — so there is no pushing, no piling, no burning and no hauling.
It depends on what is actually standing there. Light underbrush under mature pines moves quickly. A solid wall of privet and sweetgum takes real time. Terrain, slope and how much of the acre truly needs cutting all move the number.
That is why the estimate is free and done on site — a per-acre number quoted over the phone from a satellite photo is a guess, and guesses turn into change orders.
No — and that is the advantage. Material is ground in place and left as a mulch blanket that holds your soil, slows regrowth and breaks down into the ground. No burn permits, no smoke, no dump fees.
Brush and stems up to roughly 8 inches in diameter go down comfortably. Bigger than that we look at case by case — send a photo and you will get a straight answer, not a sales pitch.
A tracked machine spreads its weight over a large footprint rather than concentrating it on four tires. Topsoil, root structure and drainage stay intact. That is the main reason mulching beats a dozer on land you intend to keep using.
Scheduling moves with the weather and the season — late summer and pre-season fall book up fastest because everyone wants lanes and plots ready at the same time. Call early and we will get you a real window, not a maybe.
Yes. Weber Land Management Solutions LLC carries liability coverage, and we are happy to provide a certificate before work starts — just ask when you book.
